Evolving Standards of Decency

 

Carnegie Mellon and New York University commissioned an interactive piece on each of the first Ten Amendments for the show Shall Make Shall Be: The Bill of Rights at Play. I made a gimbaled marble maze on the 8th Amendment that invited players to consider the evolution of our rights and if the promise of the 8th Amendment is being achieved. ​
